Mengurai Kemiskinan Struktural: Sinergi Teologi Kontekstual dan Misi Holistik pada Konteks Gereja di Indonesia

Gereja di Indonesia sering kali masih terjebak dalam paradigma pelayanan karitatif yang bersifat reaktif dan permukaan, sehingga gagal mengurai akar struktural kemiskinan. Meskipun literatur terdahulu telah banyak membahas teologi pembebasan secara konseptual, kajian yang merumuskan kerangka operasional yang mengintegrasikan teologi kontekstual dan misi holistik secara praksis untuk konteks Indonesia masih sangat terbatas. Artikel ini bertujuan mendemonstrasikan sinergi antara teologi kontekstual dan misi holistik untuk membawa gereja menuju praksis transformatif. Menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan kritis, penelitian ini mensintesiskan pemikiran teolog kontemporer dan dokumen gereja untuk memformulasikan model integrasi baru. Hasil analisis menunjukkan perlunya pergeseran paradigma fundamental melalui dua pilar utama: (1) teologi kontekstual yang dioperasikan sebagai critical consciousness (kesadaran kritis) untuk membongkar kemiskinan sebagai dosa struktural, dan (2) misi holistik sebagai strategi aksi yang mengawinkan advokasi, pemberdayaan komunitas, dan intervensi kebijakan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dengan menawarkan sebuah kerangka kerja operasional sinergis yang konkret bergerak dari filantropi menuju keadilan sosial, dan dari bantuan darurat (relief) menuju pemberdayaan. Kesimpulannya, reorientasi identitas misi gereja yang menjadikan analisis struktural sebagai landasan aksi mutlak diperlukan agar gereja mampu menjadi agen transformasi sosial yang efektif di Indonesia.
