VISITOR COUNTER
Theological Journal KERUGMA welcomes original scholarly manuscripts that contribute to the development of biblical studies, Christian theology, and Christian ministry, particularly within Evangelical and interdenominational evangelical perspectives. The journal prioritizes manuscripts that demonstrate clear research questions, methodological rigor, critical engagement with relevant literature, and a meaningful contribution to theological scholarship.
The journal accepts the following types of manuscripts:
1. Original Research Articles
These articles present original research findings based on systematic scholarly investigation. They may employ qualitative, quantitative, historical, textual, exegetical, hermeneutical, or interdisciplinary approaches, as appropriate to the research question. Manuscripts must clearly articulate their objectives, methods, findings or principal arguments, and contribution to the field.
2. Biblical Exegesis and Hermeneutical Studies
These manuscripts provide critical and systematic interpretations of Old and New Testament texts. They may address literary, historical, linguistic, canonical, and theological contexts; biblical languages; interpretive methods; and the significance of biblical texts for contemporary theological understanding and Christian faith and practice.
3. Theological and Conceptual Studies
These manuscripts develop original theological arguments, critically examine theological concepts, or engage in constructive dialogue with existing theological traditions and scholarship. Relevant subjects include biblical theology, systematic theology, historical theology, Christian ethics, theological hermeneutics, and philosophical engagement with theological questions. Submissions must demonstrate a clear argument, adequate scholarly grounding, and an identifiable contribution to theological discourse.
4. Applied Theology and Christian Ministry Studies
These manuscripts investigate the application of biblical and theological insights to the life, mission, and ministry of the church. Relevant areas include practical theology, pastoral theology and counseling, Christian education, spiritual formation, evangelism and mission, church leadership, ecclesial life, and contextual theology. Studies may be theoretical, qualitative, quantitative, or case-based, provided that they demonstrate a clear connection between theological reflection and the issue under investigation.
All manuscript types must present original scholarly work, follow the journal's submission guidelines, and demonstrate relevance to its focus and scope. Manuscripts are subject to editorial screening and peer review. The journal does not accept previously published work or manuscripts under consideration by another publication.
